Documentary film about the as much known as unknown flamenco figure. Carmen Amaya is considered by the biggest masters as the best flamenco dancer up to now, despite of the fact that for the most of the people is just a name. A movie (Los Tarantos), a biography (written by Mario Bois) and a picture book (by Colita) are the only works that we can find about her life with a bit of details. That´s why this documentary tries to fill an empty spot in the work of this artist.
